With Mindful we are building the first platform that combines Breathing, Meditation and Movement with educational resources in the field of Mindfulness and Health to cultivate more gratitude, inner peace and vitality in the world.

We work with great instructors and educators across Europe. The production quality of our content is very high and we put a lot of emphasis on great product design.

Our intention is to contribute something meaningful and lasting to the world. Something that extends beyond our own lives. Together, we are shaping a space that invites you to turn inward and that reconnects us—with our essence, each other and nature.

Tasks

We began shaping Mindful's foundation about 12 months ago, laying the infrastructure and starting to develop the backend.

As a Senior Mobile Engineer, your role will be crucial in bringing the UI/UX design to life, building out the frontend for the mobile version with Flutter and working with our team to ensure a seamless integration with our backend. Our aim is to create a top-notch, intuitive and user-centric platform.

You will be part of a dynamic and skilled team of five people, united in our mission to build a product that has a lasting impact on many people around the world over the following decades.

With our December 2025 launch on the horizon, it's an exciting time to join the team. At this foundational stage, there are a lot of paths to explore and puzzles to solve, demanding both creativity and dedication.

  • Lukas Mankow is our founder and a seasoned serial entrepreneur.

  • Lucas Löffel is our backend engineer and the architect of our software. He has worked with several startups in Germany.

  • Noah Löffel is our frontend engineer, responsible for the web version and content management system. He has extensive experience in the Berlin startup scene

  • Dragana Dokic is our product designer. She worked for many startups across Europe and the US.

  • Jannick Schulte leads our content production. Previously, he worked for a renowned content production company.

  • Linda Häusler is our project manager. She manages the contact with our instructors, contracts and HR.

  • Additionally, we collaborate with several talented freelancers like videographers and sound designers.

  • Our team is currently based in Germany, Switzerland, Bulgaria and Portugal.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Flutter code for iOS and Android

• More than 2 years of experience with Flutter and more than 5 years in total in the mobile development field

• Proficient in writing clean, testable code with unit and E2E tests

• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures

• Experience with GRPC clients for server communication/Google AIP is a plus

• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices

• Understanding of design systems and UI component libraries

• Team player proficient in collaborative environments

• Proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in an agile/dynamic environment

• You thrive in applying creative solutions to challenges
